It’s common to see people rub their palms together a few times and that’s the end of that. Soap and hand sanitizer should be applied to all hand surfaces for maximum effectiveness. This song/video verbally and visually defines five surfaces not to be missed:

1. The palms of your hands
2. The backs of your hands
3. Your wrists
4. Your fingers
5. And in between your fingers

Haphazard hand hygiene is hazardous to your health.
